1. Return Period and Shipping Costs
Days 0–14: Trial Period
You may return the product for any reason within 14 days of receipt. We will cover all return shipping costs during this period.
Days 15–60
Returns are only accepted for issues caused by our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items). We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
After 60 Days
We cannot accept return or exchange requests after the 60-day period has expired.
2. Return Conditions
We only accept returns that have been pre-approved. Returns sent without prior notification will not be processed.
To ensure a smooth return process, please return the wheelchair with all included accessories and original packaging whenever possible. If any accessories are missing or damaged, please inform us in advance so we can coordinate the return with you.
Please include proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation.
Returns must be shipped via a courier service that provides tracking.
We do not issue refunds for damage or loss caused by the customer. Significant damage may affect the refund amount.
No additional handling fees are charged for returns.
3. Return Process
Please email photos or videos of the product along with your order number to contact@oasmobility.eu . Our customer service team will process your return request within one business day.
Once the request is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
When shipping the product to the designated address, please use a courier service that provides tracking. We are not liable for loss or damage during the return shipment. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
Once the inspection is complete, we will arrange for an exchange or a refund.

4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will process the refund within seven business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
Depending on the policies of your bank or payment service provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
As we offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the
European Union, no original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as the item has not yet been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

At OAS Mobility, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Under our warranty agreement, all new products come with a limited warranty:

OAS Mobility agrees to repair, free of charge, any defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, or to replace the product with an equivalent refurbished unit. Shipping, packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Please do not discard the wheelchair, its parts, or the battery. To protect the environment, return them to our service center or follow your local disposal regulations.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Germany.
We provide free shipping to all European Union countries. Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped without additional import customs duties.

- Ideal for Everyday Use:
Smoothly handles indoor floors, sidewalks, paved roads, curb ramps, thresholds up to 2 inches, packed gravel, cobblestones, dry grass, and moderate slopes. - Use Extra Care:
On rough dirt paths, uneven ground, soft soil, light mud, or wet and slippery surfaces, reduce your speed, steer gradually, and proceed with extra caution.
Tip: Always adjust your speed to the terrain and avoid deep mud, loose surfaces, or extreme slopes.
Yes. Adventure Pro comes with two TSA-compliant 10 Ah / 24 V (240 Wh) lithium-ion batteries, making it suitable for air travel.
Yes, OAS Adventure Pro can instantly switch between Electric Mode and Manual Mode.
- How to Switch Modes (Look for the Motor Levers)
If you look right by the rear wheels, you will see two motor levers (one on each motor). They act just like switches:
- To Drive Yourself (Electric Mode): Push BOTH motor levers DOWN.
This connects the motors so you can glide along using your joystick controller. - To Be Pushed (Manual Mode): Flip BOTH motor levers UP.
This releases the wheels so a companion can push you easily. In this mode, you don't even need to turn the controller on!
OAS Adventure Pro has an IPX4 water-resistant design, so it can handle light splashes and brief exposure to damp conditions. However, it is not waterproof.
Okay for Light Dampness: Wet sidewalks, damp grass, light splashes, and a brief light drizzle while moving to a covered area.
Avoid: Steady or heavy rain, deep puddles, standing water, and direct water spray from hoses or pressure washers.
If It Gets Wet: Wipe the wheelchair dry and let it air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not charge or operate it until the charging port and electronic components are fully dry.
